About
the intention of forgive.
a path to self-knowledge.
For several years of my life I have closely accompanied and served a great teacher named Mahatma das, from whom I have learned a lot in my life and who gave seminars all over the world on the power of forgiveness. And believing that I had no one to forgive, I realized and learned that I had to forgive myself for not loving myself enough. Currently that has changed in my life, after several years of internal work on my self-esteem, but I have become more aware that forgiveness is not limited only to extreme acts of pain and suffering but also to small events that arise in the daily life of our lives with people we don't even know whose attitudes don't match our expectations. So I believe that the practice of forgiveness is as important as creating any other habit that is healthy for us.
From Omsat, I have prepared a Workshop called "The intention to forgive" in which I talk about the power that forgiveness, resentment and guilt have over us. In it, I detail all the knowledge that I obtained and applied in my life and I share exercises that can help you to know yourself better and be aware of what really causes you suffering and takes away your own peace. The presentation of the Workshop will be within the framework of "Sankalpa Experience", on October 29 in the Delta, Tigre (Province of Buenos Aires) with limited seats.
